Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect book, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.

You may be entitled to:

  • A replacement.
  • A repair where appropriate.
  • A full refund.

We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue.


eBooks and Digital Products

Digital Downloads

eBooks and other digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly agree that the download may begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the download or streaming has started.

Refunds for eBooks

Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where:

  • The file is defective.
  • The product is not as described.
  • A refund is required under applicable UK consumer law.

If you experience technical issues accessing your eBook, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described:

  • Downloaded eBooks and digital products.
  • Products damaged through misuse.
  • Items returned outside the applicable return period.
