Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

  • All products sold on our website are digital products (no physical goods are sent).
  • Upon successful payment, your digital purchase will be delivered:
    • Instantly to your registered email address, and
    • Immediately to your customer account on our website (where applicable).

Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your email, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.


2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery is instant once payment has been successfully processed.
  • In rare cases (e.g. payment verification delays, technical issues), delivery may take a little longer. If you have not received access within 30 minutes, please contact us using the details below.

3. Access via Account

If your purchase is linked to an online account:

  • Your digital product will be available as soon as your order is confirmed.
  • You can log in to your account at any time to access your purchase (subject to any product-specific access period stated on the product page).

4. No Refunds Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed and access provided.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Confirm you want the digital content to be supplied immediately, and
  • Acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once delivery has started, except where required by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. If the digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with applicable consumer protection laws.


5. Problems With Delivery

Contact us if:

  • You have not received your email confirmation or access link.
  • You cannot access your digital product from your account.
  • You believe you have received the wrong item or the file is corrupted.

We may ask for your order number, email address used at checkout, and any relevant screenshots to help us resolve the issue.
