Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Only

  • All items sold are digital products delivered electronically (no physical goods).
  • Once your order is confirmed and access to the digital content is provided, the product is considered delivered and used.

2. No Returns

  • As our products are digital and accessed instantly, we do not accept returns of any kind.
  • You cannot “return” or “send back” digital content once it has been delivered to your email or account.

3. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or store credit are offered once an order has been completed and digital access has been provided.
  • By placing an order, you agree that:
    • The digital content will be made available to you immediately after payment, and
    • You waive any statutory 14‑day cancellation right that would normally apply to distance purchases, except where otherwise required by law.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Digital Content

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Contact us if:

  • The digital content is faultycorrupted, or cannot be accessed, or
  • You have received the wrong item compared to your order confirmation.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or if neither is possible a refund.

We may ask you for:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • A description or screenshots of the issue
