2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Digital Products & Access

  • All products are digital and delivered electronically (no physical goods).
  • Access is typically provided instantly after successful payment, via email and/or your account.
  • We may update or modify digital content from time to time (for example to fix errors or improve quality).

4. Licensing & Use

Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase digital content you are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use it for your own non‑commercial use only.

You must not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content.
  • Circumvent any technical protections or access controls.
  • Use the content in any unlawful or infringing way.

5. Payments & Billing

  • We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (GPay).
  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may be changed at any time for future orders.

6. No Returns & No Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products delivered by email or via your account, except where required by law.
  • By purchasing, you request and consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose any standard 14‑day cancellation right once delivery begins.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the site and content only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The site and digital content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, or guarantees (express or implied) regarding the site and content.
